One of the cards previewed this week was Deadeye Quartermaster, a 2/2 Human Pirate that acts as a tutor for vehicles or equipment. But it’s not the ability that set Twitter ablaze, no, it’s the art, which as you can see on the screen here… looks a lot like it might just have been Ms. Erin’s Invitational card. Now, we have heard tale that the model was in fact the artist Josh Haas’ wife, but it does beg the question: if you won the Invitational and were to be Shanghai’d into a set as a pirate, what might your swashbuckler say?
